How can we create a coffee shop experience for health conscientious, gluten-free, and dairy-free people?

THE SITUATION: The market for coffee shops is inundated with so many of the same type, however there are no healthy alternatives or options inclusive of those with dietary restrictions such as gluten and dairy when it comes to food options at the coffee shops.

THE INSIGHT: Consumers are growing more and more health conscientious and becoming dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan has also become a trend. Additionally, people are working from home and are looking for spaces that are work friendly to avoid burnout from being at home for so long.

THE APPROACH: A place where you can be included. A new coffee shop with a study/work atmosphere that offers a full range coffee bar, with gluten/dairy-free and vegan food options. The environment will be one where the consumers can enjoy spending long periods of time, whether it be for work, study, or a coffee and conversation.
